What is the shipping fee?
Onkyo offers free shipping and returns.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Immediately ready for dispatch, delivery time up to 3 working days for Germany and Austria. Up to 5 days for other delivery countries. Deviating delivery dates are indicated on our product detail pages.
If products are not ready for dispatch within one working day, the delivery date shall be postponed in accordance with the period for which they are ready for dispatch at the latest.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we deliver only to Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands. As soon as more countries are added, we will gladly let you know in our newsletter.
Which shipping service provider do you use?
We ship with DPD, UPS, DB Schenker and Die Post.
Can I collect my parcel at a pick-up point?
Unfortunately, we do not currently serve any pick-up stations.
Do my billing and shipping address have to match?
You are welcome to use a billing address different from your shipping address. Simply choose PayPal, credit card or instant bank transfer as your preferred payment method and enter your desired shipping address in the designated field. For security reasons, this service is not available with the purchase-on-account option.
What is partial shipment?
In the unlikely case that an item is not readily available within two days, we might deliver in two or more consignments. This allows us to guarantee the fastest possible delivery.
Is there a way to make sure my order was placed correctly?
You can either check the order confirmation we sent per email or log into your Onkyo account on our website and view your order under »customer account«. Can I change my shipping address after I have already received my order confirmation?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but changing your shipping address after your purchase is completed is not possible. Orders are processed promptly, which makes changes difficult to implement. If the stated address is incorrect or shipment cannot be delivered, it is automatically returned to us. Once we have received and checked the parcel, your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen.
What can I do if I receive damaged or faulty goods?
If you want to return an item because it is damaged or faulty, you can do so free of charge within the return period by indicating your reason of return on our return label. Once we have received and checked the parcel, your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen.
