I would like to return something. How do I go about that?
If you want to return an item, you can simply use the enclosed return label and return authorization.
How do I return faulty items or make an exchange?
Should you receive a product that is faulty in any way, you can return it to us free of charge by indicating your reason of return on our return label. Once we have received and checked the parcel, you refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen. A direct exchange of goods, however, is not possible. Please return it to us as you normally would and place a new order.
What if my parcel was damaged in transit?
Should your parcel be damaged in transit, you can return it to us free of charge with our return label. Please refer to Point 1 on this page for instructions.
How long is the return period?
Onkyo gives you 30 days to return an item. For further information, please refer to our terms and conditions (AGB).
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free of charge.
Where do I return items?
You can return items at every post office.
Will I receive a return confirmation?
We will keep you updated and send a return confirmation via email.
How do I receive my refund?
Your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen. If you paid with credit card, your money will be refunded to your credit card account. If you paid with PayPal, your money will be refunded to your PayPal account.
How long do I have to wait for my refund?
Once we have received and checked your return, you can expect your refund within 14 days.
I seem to have misplaced my return label. Where can I get a new one?
You can easily download the required documents from your Onkyo account and print them at home:
1. Log into your account via eu.onkyo.com/login with your email and password.
2. Navigate to »your name« in the top section.
3. Click on »customer account«.
4. Choose the order you wish to return and press »return order«.
5. A new window will open automatically. Now you can choose the specific items you want to return and state your reason for return.
6. Click on »confirm« to unlock, download and print your return authorization and label.

Once we have checked your return, your refund will be credited to the payment method originally chosen. Please note that items should be returned to us in the condition they were received.
Do you offer pick-up & return service?
Unfortunately, we do currently not offer pick-up & return service. Please feel free to contact our customer service via firstname.lastname@example.org or under +43 5332 71360 (fees may apply) with any concerns you may have.
Where should I send my return?
For your convenience, the exact return address is already printed on your return label. Should you have misplaced yours, you can simply download a new one from your Onkyo account. Put your return authorization into your parcel and affix the label on the outside over our original shipping label to avoid confusion. Returns are free of charge and can be taken to any post office location.
